Creighton is a fourth-year professional communications major at Granite State College. He is also a soccer referee at the collegiate, high school and competitive youth levels, with aspirations to one day work professional games either in the U.S. or in Spain.
Born and raised in Topeka, Creighton and his wife, Hannah, hope to soon get a pet other than Hannah's many house plants. They call Western Hills Church their home and are involved in a small group and serve on the Welcome Team together. They also enjoy taking walks together around the Washburn University campus.
Creighton is a lifelong sports fan. If he is not at work, he is probably either refereeing a soccer game or watching one. He has a bad habit of picking teams to cheer for who underperform, such as the Kansas City Royals, Sporting KC and the Denver Broncos. However, as a referee himself, he loves to say that he is cheering for the refs, not the teams.
